Quick reply doesn't work

Neither my husband nor me can send emojis or those short messages in response to an SMS from our zetime watches. Can we somehow fix it ourselves or is it a bigger problem?

1. First check if you are using the latest version of MyKronoz applocation and the latest version of firmware for your watch model.

2. If first point requirements are met then check if MyKronoz application has all necessary permissions if you are using Android phone.

I am using ZeTime watch with the latest firmware and the latest version of MK app and replies from the watch works fine for me.
