MK has told users on FB that an update should be out on soon.

According to MK when asked about when an update could be expected the answer was "1st quarter 2019".

Good news. Thanks for sharing. I hope that new app will be worth waiting for so long. In contrary I lost my hope that MK could add some obvious features to ZeTime firmware (like setting alarms directly on the watch without mobile app, marking present day in calendar on the watch or make short SMS answering working, etc.)

I've lost any faith in MK and thus sold my ZeTime.

Still, I hope it will get some more update's but I think when it does it will be already overtaken by the competition and the ZeTime 2 making it worthless.

Good to know. Still using my ZeTime on a daily basis. I call it my dumb smart watch. But it does what I need it to do, which is to notify me of a message on my phone, which is in my drawer at my desk. It would be great if I could respond from the watch but I have other watches that do that and I almost never use it.

Looking forward to the new app, can't wait to see what new features it brings with it.

Q1 2019 ended and we do not have a new app presented to wide range of ZeTime owners.

Shame on MyKronoz. I don't understand their strategy.

As my ZeTime was sent for warranty (broken button) and I don't how it would be solved by retail seller but I know that if they will refund me the money I would probably not buy new one ZeTime and I am not sure if I would like to buy ZeTime 2. The idea is nice but I can see that software support is very poor and hardware is not very reliable. My conclusion is that we paid only for nice idea :(

Such a shame MyKronoxz hasn't said anything.
If only they would have had the guts to say: "Sorry guys, it won't be March, but we're aiming for April", I would be perfectly fine with that.
Not nice, but understandable

Now, we know nothing, which is worse.

I'm in software myself. Thinks happen. Bugs pop up, Deadlines pass.
Rule number one: Keep your customers informed.
Bad news is, well,... bad
No news is worse

Found an invitation to the Beta program in my spam folder 8-) .
New app certainly looks fresh.
I'll abstain from further comment as not to spoil the surprise 🤐

Nonetheless: Keeping the users informed about the latest state of affairs is crucial.
Better say "missed our deadline" is better than complete silence.

It's par for the course, unfortunately. When they announced that there would be a new app "BY______" I just knew they wouldn't meet this timeline, they've yet to meet any timeline. Once you know that and accept it, it's no big deal anymore.
